Medical questionnaire responses, oral condition, test results, treatment progress, and the like. This information constitutes special care-required personal information under the Act on the Protection of Personal Information. - Information you submit through forms displayed in advertisements
We may receive your name, telephone number, email address, and answers to questions through forms in advertisements placed on Facebook, Instagram, and similar services. This information is provided to the Clinic through the advertising platform. - Information automatically collected when you use the website
Through cookies and similar technologies, we collect information such as your browser and device type, IP address, pages viewed, referral source, and advertising identifiers. This information does not by itself identify a specific individual; however, where it can identify an individual when combined with other information, we handle it as personal information.

Medical records are retained for five years pursuant to Article 23 of the Dentists Act. Other information is erased or disposed of by appropriate means after the period necessary to achieve the purposes of use has elapsed.
10. Requests for Disclosure, Correction, Suspension of Use, etc.
If you (or your legal representative) request notification of the purposes of use of, disclosure of, correction, addition, or deletion of the content of, suspension of use or erasure of, or cessation of provision to third parties of retained personal data, we will respond without delay in accordance with laws and regulations after verifying your identity. 11. Personal Information of Minors
Persons under 18 years of age are asked to provide personal information only after obtaining the consent of a person with parental authority or the like.
